There are many different ways and methods to find out your ideal weight. For example, Lorentz's formula is one of the simplest and most common ways to calculate this parameter.

To calculate the ideal weight for herself according to the Lorenz formula, a woman just needs to know her height. It is easy to measure even with a centimeter tape. To do this, you need to stand with your back to the wall and make a mark where the top point of the head (crown) will be fixed.

Then the resulting segment (from the floor to the mark) can be measured with a tape. When the growth is known, you can start calculating. It takes place according to a certain formula in several stages.

Subtract 100 from the height in centimeters. For example, if a woman's height is 170 centimeters, then she will get the value 70 (170-100 = 70). This will be the value 1.

The advantage of this method is its amazing simplicity. Even a calculator is not a necessary attribute here, since all mathematical operations are elementary and easily performed in the mind.

But this method of calculating the ideal weight has a serious drawback. This formula does not take into account a person's physique, which means that the result obtained will have a rather large error.
