Video: Body Parts: Beautiful Hands

The weaker sex needs arm training not in order to carry weights, but in order to put on beautiful open dresses. After all, bare arms can rival long legs in the number of collected looks.

Confusing biceps and triceps is normal for women. These two words describe the relief of the upper arm - and that's enough. But in our upper limbs there are not two muscles. Even the part from the elbow to the wrist can be inflated. The names of all these terrible muscles are in the picture, and, apparently, you should not completely discard the anatomy from your head.

Working out the muscles of the arms is no less important for women than for men. Moreover, most of the exercises involve the muscles of the chest (which we are constantly worried about) and the back (beautiful posture will finally allow us to get our favorite blouse with an open back). Girls of past centuries had to hide even the most exquisite shape of their hands behind long sleeves of dresses, and only the 20th century convinced everyone not to be shy.

Just like Jacqueline, the wife of the current president of America prefers sleeveless dresses, and to wear them, you should do your hands.

And Michelle Obama has nothing to reproach.

You can make your arms the same - moderately pumped up and beautifully outlined - using a set of exercises recommended by trainer Michelle Obama. The program is a two-pronged approach that includes both stretching and cardio exercises. By doing it 3 times a week (it only takes 15 minutes), you can make your arms stronger and your shoulders contoured. It is recommended to use dumbbells weighing 1.5 or 2.5 kg. You need to perform the entire sequence of actions twice without a break between exercises. 1. Warm-up

The first set of stretching exercises includes elements of yoga, including the dog pose (see video 1). It will warm up the body well and prepare it for the main loads. 2. Dumbbells number 1

In the first set with dumbbells, exercises are recommended to be performed 8-12 times (see video 2). The abdominal muscles must be constantly tense. The complex works out the shoulders perfectly. 3. Dumbbells No. 2 A

set of exercises for the muscles of the front of the arm (see video 3). In turn, each hand is worked out separately, and then both together. It is recommended to perform 8-12 times in each approach. 4. Work on triceps

Chair exercises (see video 4). With your body weight, your triceps work well. In this exercise, you also need to constantly keep your abdominal muscles in tension. It is recommended to start with 6 reps and try to bring the number of repetitions to 15. 5. Crossing the legs Perform the exercise 15 times with each leg as shown in the video (see video 5). If it is difficult to do this on extended legs, you can kneel down. 6. Push-ups Push-ups (see video 6). Start at 5 and work up to 25 reps. With regular training, after a while you will be able to compare your hands with the hands of one of the stars and be the winner.
