If the answer to the application for a vacation is negative, the employee does not have the right to leave his workplace, otherwise all days will be considered absenteeism and the employer has the right to terminate the employment contract unilaterally by writing a violation report, issuing a punishment order and demanding an explanation from the employee. An explanatory note in the form of a submitted but unsigned statement is not a valid reason, therefore the court recognizes the dismissal as legal.
