In the example considered, the amount will be equal to 100 rubles in one day, and 6000 rubles in 60 days.
If the employer does not agree with the claims made to repay salaries to employees and calculate compensation for each delayed day, then he will be charged a large administrative fine. Also, the work of the enterprise can be suspended for up to 90 days, which are given for full settlement with employees.
