Color It All: Dior's Milky Dots Summer Makeup Collection

Polka dots and milkshakes are the main motives for the impressively large summer line of decorative cosmetics of the French House.

For eye makeup, the Dior Milky Dots collection features two five-color eye shadow palettes of an unexpectedly matte texture: azure coral Bain de Mer and beige-brown Escapade, and two liquid eyeliners: lilac and green. In addition, the collection includes the Eye Reviver palette, specially designed for the Dior shows: five shades of eyeshadow from light primer to rich khaki and dark brown eyeliner. If you still need a shine on the eyelids, then use one of two fluids Dior Addict Fluid Shadow with a mirror effect: golden or brown.

This summer, facial sculpting is still relevant. This was taken into account by the creative director of Dior makeup, Peter Philips, who included four tones of tanning powder in the summer line. Focusing on the eyes and cheekbones, it is preferable to choose calm shades for the lips. Dior Addict Milky Tint, which creates the illusion of moist lips, is available in six delicate milkshakes. The collection also includes Dior Addict Lipstick in two classic neutral tones and two intense ones.

The collection is completed by six shades of nail polish: milky, azure, coral, peach, pood pink and lilac. Varnishes are combined in sets, consisting of two contrasting colors and a dotter - a tool with which you can apply a polka dot pattern on your nails without any professional skills. Just dip the dotter in one polish and put several dots on the nails, previously painted with the second color from the set.
