If you prefer completely natural remedies, you can make your own tea and add it to your bath. Take spruce, pine, fir or cedar needles, cover with cold water and boil for 20 minutes. Leave the broth to infuse for 12 hours, pour into bottles and use as an extract. The broth should be a deep brown color, and the water in your bath should turn greenish yellow.
The water temperature should be 36-37 degrees. During the procedure, you must completely relax. You should take a bath no more than 15-20 minutes, and if you suffer from cardiovascular diseases, then reduce the time to 10 minutes. A pine bath is quite a serious load on the body, and you should not abuse this pleasant procedure. Be sure to take your watch with you, or ask loved ones to let you know when 15 minutes have passed.
The bath should be taken no later than an hour before bedtime; it is not recommended to do this on an empty stomach or immediately after a meal. It is best to take a course of 10-12 procedures, after which you need to take a break for at least six months.
