Dilute the mixture with boiled water or milk to the required thickness. Apply the mask for 10-15 minutes on problem areas of the skin, rinse with warm water. This procedure refreshes, nourishes and tones up.
You can also prepare a cleansing mask from spinach, which is suitable for dry to normal skin. 2 tbsp mix chopped spinach leaves with 1 tbsp. dry oat flour. Dilute the mixture with a small amount of milk until a gruel forms, apply on face for 15 minutes. Rinse off with room temperature water.
For irritated and sensitive skin around the eyes, the following recipe works. 2-3 tbsp boil spinach leaves in a little milk for 5 minutes. Strain and apply warm gruel to your skin. After 15 minutes, remove with a cotton pad, then wash with warm water.
Spinach can be paired with potatoes and butter. Boil one medium potato in milk and make a liquid puree out of it, add 1 tbsp. melted butter. 2 tbsp mix the finished puree with 2 tbsp. chopped spinach leaves. Apply the mask to the skin, rinse off after 15 minutes.
