For medicinal purposes, oil massage is recommended to take courses, from five to ten procedures. It helps to make the skin more elastic, reduces the appearance of cellulite and improves the overall tone of the body. Naturally, a professional massage therapist should perform it.
But at home it is also quite possible to pamper yourself on your own. It is best to do oil massage in the bath when the pores are open and absorb nutrients much more actively.
To do a Greek massage, you need to slightly warm up any vegetable oil available in the house. Each of the varieties has its own properties and is good in its own way, but they are all rich in vitamin E, which keeps the skin young. A few drops of aromatic oils can be added to the base composition, which are selected depending on the type of skin and the desired result. After that, all that remains is to apply oil to the body area and rub it in with soft, rubbing movements. The duration of the massage should be at least five minutes for each part of the body, otherwise the skin will simply not have time to warm up. At the end of the session, the oil is washed off the skin with regular soap or gel.
