Video: ❶ How To Treat Nail Diseases

Beautiful nails are the face of every woman. They emphasize her image, complement the image and attract attention. That, if not a perfect manicure, gives a woman confidence in her own irresistibility. However, only we know how much effort and patience nail care requires. Location: Location:
Of course, everything is perfect if you are naturally gifted. And what to do for those who are only dreaming of a manicure, but in reality the nails break, exfoliate and refuse to grow. The first and most important thing is to plan a visit to a dermatologist. The doctor will examine and diagnose. Delamination, cracking, and uneven structure of nails can signal both a banal lack of vitamins and more serious problems - fungal, endocrine or mental illness.
It is quite difficult to recognize the problem on your own. Symptoms, as well as causes, can be many. If the nails are peeling or have another cosmetic (in your opinion) defect, a more serious disease should be ruled out. First of all, you need to do a scraping and take a blood test in a dermatological office. This procedure will not be a hassle and will not take long. After receiving the result, you can immediately get down to business.
If a blood test shows anemia, consumption of lean meats, liver, greens, and legumes should be added to serious medical treatment. Also, cocktails made from cucumber juice, beetroot and carrot juice mixed with half a lemon and a spoonful of sour cream are good. Such a set of vitamins dissolved in sour cream will quickly put you on your feet.
There are several ways to deal with nail diseases caused by malnutrition, lack of vitamin D, calcium or silicon. First, it is worth thinking about the diet and adjusting the norms. You will benefit from: oily fish, cottage cheese, seaweed, honey, nuts and any foods containing calcium and iodine. Also, vitamins of general or targeted action will not harm.
If the growth of nails is impaired, dermatologists advise taking salt baths in warm (not hot!) Water. Dissolve a spoonful of salt in a tray and add a drop of iodine. Such ten-minute procedures and massage of nails with olive (or any cosmetic) oil will help strengthen the nail plate and stimulate growth.
