Whitening masks
These masks are useful for skin affected by excessive UV exposure. They can lighten age spots or freckles and eliminate uneven tanning. Any mask will become whitening if you add a few drops of lemon juice, a little brewer's yeast, fresh parsley juice, strawberries, currants, kefir or sour cream to the main ingredient, for example, vegetables, fruits. The mixture should be applied in two greasy layers.
Softening masks
These masks are suitable for skin hardened by cold or dry wind. A few hours before applying them, it is better to do a light pilling. Oil, curd, milk-honey masks, as well as masks from bananas, peaches, melons, grapes, steamed oatmeal, boiled potatoes with milk and vegetable oil have a softening effect. To make the skin soft after them, after applying the mixture, cover the face with cling film with slots for the eyes and nose and leave for 20 minutes, then rinse.
Toning masks
A mask made from juicy fruits, berries and vegetables is suitable for increasing skin tone. Oranges, peaches, pears, apples, cucumbers and potatoes are especially useful. If any of these fruits are wiped on the face and neck daily, the skin will always be firm and elastic.
