The habit of keeping your back straight should be instilled from childhood, when the spine is not yet fully formed, and you can easily correct your posture. However, there are often cases when adults already do not know how to keep their backs straight, constantly stooping and experiencing back pain. The massive nature of this problem is due to the fact that modern people spend a lot of time sitting at a computer, in offices, standing in lines, and women also suffer, spending the whole day in high heels.

Of course, it will be very difficult for an adult to correct posture, and a lot of effort and patience is needed to obtain a good effect, but everything is real with a serious and responsible approach to your health and beauty.

When a curvature of the spine appears, one cannot do without special exercises, which should preferably be performed under the supervision of a person competent in this matter in the gym or in a fitness club. But there are many exercises you can do yourself. And this will take very little time.

1. Close your hands behind your back in the lock and bend forward, placing your feet shoulder-width apart. When tilting, try to raise your closed arms as high as possible. Make springy movements with your body and hands, as if trying to raise them even higher.

2. Exercise "boat". To perform it, you need to lie on your stomach on a hard surface. Stretch your arms forward and raise them simultaneously with your legs. Try to hold this position for a minute.

3. For the next exercise, lie on your back, stretch your arms along the body, and bend your legs at the knees. Raise the pelvis up and hold the position, counting to 10, then lower and repeat again several times.

It will be great if you have the opportunity to practice on the horizontal bar. It is advisable to hang on it daily as long as your hands can withstand. You can gently turn the body to the right and left, but not make any sudden movements, because at this moment the spine is under heavy stress.

Ask family or co-workers to comment if you start to slouch. Gradually, you will get used to keeping your posture correct.
