Acne is the result of clogging of the sebaceous glands and the proliferation of bacteria in them, leading to inflammation of the skin. At the same time, acne is divided into black dots (fat comes out on the surface of the body, darkens when oxidized), acne (fat accumulates under the skin, forming a white solid "body") and red acne (red seal without fat release). - internal factors include age-related hormonal changes (up to 18 years old is the norm), critical days, hormonal disorders (after 30 years - an indicator of gynecological diseases), impaired lipid metabolism, gastrointestinal diseases, impaired immunity.
Therefore, acne that occurs as a result of a disease of the body is treated only by doctors (dermatologist, gynecologist, endocrinologist). Acne associated with the peculiarities of skin metabolism, hygiene, natural factors, cosmetics can be cured at home.
Try not to squeeze pimples, as dirty hands can infect and cause new acne or scarring. If you use regular soap or alcohol-based lotion for washing, then in order not to dry your skin, do not wash your face with these products more than twice a day. When acne appears, it is better to refuse corrective cosmetics.
Use traditional medicine recipes. Apply herbal cream to the inflamed skin area (whisk 1.5 tablespoons of butter with 1 teaspoon of St. John's wort tincture).
Apply the pulp of a ripe cucumber to pimples for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Place the oatmeal mask on the acne area (mix 1 tablespoon of oatmeal and whipped egg white) and rinse off after a film has formed.
Make a compress of aloe no more than 30 times: soak cheesecloth in aloe juice and cover the acne area, put a towel or cotton wool on top for half an hour.
Thus, you should not treat acne lightly as a temporary phenomenon, as they can be the result of gynecological, gastrointestinal, immune or hormonal diseases.
