Biowave or chemistry?

Modern hairdressing offers a wide range of hair curling methods. Many of the fair sex regularly use biowave, but some of them prefer the traditional "chemistry" known since Soviet times. Location: Location:

And that, and the other method has both advantages and disadvantages. Traditional perm allows you to get luxurious curls - large or small, depending on the size of the curler. Curls curled with the help of "chemistry" keep their shape perfectly, they do not straighten under the influence of moisture, but, on the contrary, become even more distinct. They need styling once a day, in the morning - as a rule, this is enough. It is not recommended to comb your hair during the day, as it will acquire splendor, but the curls will lose their shape.

Styling problems usually begin after a few months, when the hair grows back at the roots: it becomes more difficult to give the desired shape every day. However, the main disadvantage of "chemistry" is its negative effect on the hair - they become brittle, dry, fall out more strongly, and are difficult to comb. This effect is explained by the fact that for this type of curling, products are used that contain harsh chemicals that are harmful to the hair (for example, thioglycolic acid).

The products used for biowaving delicately affect the hair and do not destroy its structure. The active ingredient in them is cysteamine hydrochloride, an analogue of cysteine, a protein found in natural hair. After this type of curling, the hair remains shiny and beautiful, in addition, it gains volume. This method is especially shown to owners of thin, weakened hair, who, on the contrary, are not recommended to do "chemistry". The disadvantage of biowaving can be considered the fact that with its help it is not possible to get a strong, tight curl: the curls after it are less prominent. Another significant disadvantage of biowave is its rather high cost. However, it is undoubtedly a more gentle way to achieve the effect of curly hair than traditional "chemistry".
