Mix 2 tbsp. fat cottage cheese with yolk and 1 tsp. unrefined olive oil. Apply the resulting gruel in a thick layer on the face and leave for 15-20 minutes. To improve the absorption of the mask, cover your face with a film with openings for the eyes and nose. Use only warm water for rinsing. For dry skin, it is more acceptable because it enhances the activity of the sebaceous glands. As an additional ingredient, you can use flaxseed or ghee, honey, sour cream, cream, carrot pulp or juice, milk, 2-3 drops of fish oil or a solution of vitamins A and E.
Milk mask for dry and tired skin
In 1 tbsp. hot fat milk add 1/2 tsp each. honey, fish oil, brewer's yeast and starch. In a warm form, apply the mixture to your face, cover with foil and after 15-20 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water or linden decoction.
Egg mask for dry and tired skin
Add 1/2 tablespoon to the mixed chicken yolk. grated carrot juice and 1 tsp. honey and cream. Apply the mixture to your face only warm and wash off with warm water too.
Any nourishing mask for dry and tired skin is best applied warm. So you can achieve their better absorption, and the subsequent strengthening of the activity of the sebaceous glands. However, you should not do them more than 1 time a week, because even dry skin can become oily and prone to acne.
