To prepare the product, you will need several such berries, 1 teaspoon of sour cream and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mash the strawberries into a gruel, add the rest of the ingredients to it and mix everything thoroughly. The mask is applied to the previously cleansed skin for about 20 minutes, then removed with a cotton pad dipped in warm boiled water.
To cleanse the skin, you can prepare a grapefruit mask. Its juice is considered the most gentle facial whitening agent. To prepare the mask, you will need the juice or pulp of one grapefruit, 1 teaspoon of carrot juice, 1 teaspoon of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of rice flour. All ingredients must be mixed well, then applied to the skin of the face and neck for 30 minutes, then remove the mask with warm water. After that, the skin can be lubricated with grapefruit juices and allowed to dry. It is recommended to do this procedure 2 times a week for a month.
Carrots can also be used to make masks. Products from this root vegetable refresh and smooth. Carrot masks are suitable for all skin types. To prepare one of them, you will need 2 carrots (it is better to take light-colored fruits), 2 tablespoons of starch or freshly prepared mashed potatoes, 1 egg yolk. Carrots need to be grated on a fine grater, then mixed with starch and yolk. The resulting mixture is applied to thoroughly cleansed skin for 20 minutes, then washed off with warm water.
Another "magic" and well-known vegetable is potatoes. Masks from it help fight bags under the eyes. To do this, grate raw potatoes, put them on clean gauze, tie the ends of the fabric in a knot. Then the resulting bags must be applied to the eyelids for 10-15 minutes.
