Now alternate turns of the head to the right and to the left, stretch your chin to the shoulder. Finish the warm-up with a circular motion of the head in one direction and the other.

Go to the main complex. Sit on the edge of a chair, straighten your back, straighten your shoulders. Look in front of you and gently push the lower jaw forward, after a few seconds slowly return it back. Now touch your fingertips to the corners of your mouth and start smiling slowly, you can help yourself with the count. The corners of your mouth slowly rise, and you feel your muscles tense.

After holding a few seconds, carefully return back. Now, with the tips of your index and middle fingers, touch on both sides of the edges of the eyebrows, press on them and furrow your eyebrows, freeze for a few seconds and relax. Now place your index fingers along the nasolabial folds, and now on the count, without helping yourself with your fingers, lift the muscles up, linger for a few seconds and return to the starting position.

Each of these exercises should be done 5-10 times, preferably every day. Feel free to add new exercises to your faceforming program. Such facial gymnastics will be useful for both women and men; and the earlier you start it, the less effort you have to make to achieve the desired result.

By the way, not only special gymnastics - faceforming - will help keep your face young. To prevent the appearance of wrinkles on the face and neck, experts advise not to go out into the bright sun without a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses. Remember that sudden weight fluctuations are skin's worst enemy; exercise regularly; try to eat healthy and healthy; quit smoking and excessive alcohol consumption.
