As already noted, the skin of the elbows and knees can harden, change color and become covered with dead cells. To prevent this from happening, it is recommended to lubricate problem areas of the body with a nourishing cream, which can be successfully replaced with softened butter, olive oil or country sour cream with a high percentage of fat.
