In Japan, Canada and Western European countries, many aromatherapy rooms have been opened, hundreds of books have been published about it, magazines are being printed and scientific institutes dealing with aromatherapy operate.

Today, daily human contact with the surrounding nature is impossible, and the air is saturated with burning smells and chemicals. The conditions of modern life, stress and haste cause a number of mental, physical and emotional stress in the human body. Poor diet, hours of sitting in front of the TV, at the table and at the wheel, lack of exercise and movement, environmental pollution - all this causes disturbances in the circulation of energy flows in the body, pinching of internal organs and tissues, tension in muscles, and ultimately - malaise. accumulation of toxic substances, obesity, etc., and later - the detection of severe chronic diseases.

Aromatherapy is an attempt to slow down this process.
