Video: ❶ How To Stop Being Nervous

An economic crisis, an unhealthy work environment, and family troubles - there are plenty of reasons to be nervous. But an unstable nervous system is the cause of malfunctions in the whole organism. When you feel that constant stress is already beginning to affect your well-being, then it's time to think about how to stop being nervous, especially since everything here depends on you. Location: Location: Sit quietly and remember the reasons that make you nervous. Analyze them, and you will understand that much of what yesterday seemed to you terrible and significant, today already causes laughter, seems to be a trifle that you should not have paid attention to. Draw conclusions from this and do not start worrying about every little thing. Be philosophical about life, because there are not so many reasons why you really should worry.
Do not allow others to raise their voices, swear or behave incorrectly in your presence. If you can, then deliberately avoid being present in such situations and, if your calls have remained unanswered, defiantly leave, without waiting for the atmosphere to finally heat up. Even if you are offended, take it calmly and remember that you have friends and loved ones who love you and will always protect you.
Set yourself up to be positive. Learn to appreciate every minute and enjoy the sunny morning, raindrops flowing down the glass, the laughter of your baby, the warm hand of a friend, reassuringly touching your shoulder. Think good and always expect it.
Have relaxation sessions - allow yourself to soak in a warm scented candlelit bath a couple of times a week. Use aroma lights at home and fill them with oils to help you relax. If possible - go to nature, sit by the murmuring water, wander through the forest, hug the tree you like - this is a powerful source of vital energy. Feel that measured, calm rhythm that nature lives, enter into resonance with it - all your problems will seem distant and not at all essential to you.
Walk in the evenings, play sports - this stimulates metabolic processes in the body and restores a healthy, sound sleep. Sleep for at least 8 hours, eat properly and in a balanced manner. Remember, the most important thing is health and peace of mind.
