There are many sets of eye exercises. The most common of them are to improve vision and relax the eyes.
Complexes for improving vision are designed to strengthen the eye muscles, which also helps to slow down the aging of the skin in the eye area. The above complex includes three simple exercises.
1. The index fingers should be placed on the outer corners of the eyes, the ring fingers should be on the inner ones, and the middle fingers should be in the middle of the eyebrows. At the same time, the eyes must be closed. Now you need to try to squint your eyes (they were already closed before starting the exercise). Repeat 4 times.
2. In the next exercise, you will need to open your eyes with two fingers - index and middle. In this case, the middle finger should be in the area of the outer corner from the side of the lower eyelid, and the index finger on top. Keeping your eyes open, you need to wink, looking first to the left, then to the right. This exercise must be done 8 times.
3. Now you need to close your eyes and relax. Then slowly open them and look into the distance. Close again, while closing the eyelids tightly, and do this three times.
Eye relaxation exercises are especially relevant for those who have to spend a lot of time at the computer.
1. Without moving your head, you need to try to look as high as possible, below, and in both directions as far as possible.
2. Without turning your head, describe with your eyes as large a circle as possible alternately in both directions.
3. Make eye movements to the right and left, as if watching a large pendulum.
4. Now you need to blink frequently and quickly for two minutes.
5. Close your eyelids, then open your eyes wide.
6. Trace with your eyes the tip of the pen, which you want to move left and right.
7. Direct your gaze into the distance, beyond the horizon. Quickly transfer it to the middle finger of the hand stretched out in front of you. Again into the distance and again on the finger. You need to translate your gaze 10 times.
