You will need
- beef fillet - 500 g;
- fresh mushrooms - 150 g;
- sweet green pepper - 1 pc.;
- hot red pepper - 2 pcs.;
- sesame seeds - 2 tbsp. l.;
- green onions - 50 g;
- vegetable oil;
- For the marinade:
- soy sauce - 1-2 tbsp. l.;
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp l.;
- dry red wine - 2 tbsp. l.;
- corn starch - 1 tbsp l.
Rinse the beef fillet thoroughly and dry. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the meat across the grain into thin slices approximately 4-5 millimeters thick.
Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients well, pour over the beef, cover and shake well until all slices are covered with marinade. Place a bowl of meat in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Remove the beef from the refrigerator a couple of hours before cooking to warm it up to room temperature.
Peel the mushrooms, rinse, dry and cut into small pieces. Boil forest mushrooms and oyster mushrooms beforehand, champignons do not need this.
Cut the washed and dried bell peppers into long strips, removing the stem and seeds. Free hot red peppers from seeds and cut into thin rings.
Fry the sesame seeds in highly heated vegetable oil until golden brown, strain and leave to cool.
Rinse the onion, dry and chop finely.
Remove the slices of meat from the marinade and let the liquid drain - you still need it.
Put a thick-bottomed frying pan on the fire, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and wait until it overheats. You can take the oil in which you fried the sesame seeds - then it will only need to be very hot.
In hot oil, quickly fry the beef slices on both sides and transfer to a separate cup. Fry the meat for no more than 1 minute on each side, otherwise it will turn out too hard.
Then put mushrooms in a pan and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, add bell pepper, fry for another 2-3 minutes, add green onions, then beef, pour in the marinade, bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Serve the beef with boiled rice, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and garnish with fresh herbs.
