Turn around and lie on your right side, resting on both hands. Continue to monitor your breathing. As you inhale, pull your left knee towards your chest, and grab your foot with your left palm. Slowly, without a sharp jerk, pull your leg up, fully extending the knee. Try to stay in this position for at least two to three minutes, after which, while inhaling, lower your leg to the floor just as slowly. Roll over onto your left side and repeat this exercise.
Do not forget to warm up before starting the exercises. This can be a short run or a regular charge, but longer than usual. Try to engage all muscle groups during it.
However, if it seems to you that you will not be able to master such exercises on your own, sign up for a club where they do Pilates or yoga, and ask the trainer for appropriate recommendations.
