You can get one day off on account of the next vacation (article No. 125 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation) or at your own expense without paying maintenance (article No. 128 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation). As well as when receiving one day on account of the next vacation, when registering a vacation without pay, notify the employer three working days before the fact. If you have any unforeseen situations, you can apply on the eve of the weekend.
Holidays without pay may be granted to all employees. During one calendar year, the number of days off received at their own expense cannot exceed 30.
If there is a production need, an urgent order and there is no replacement, you may be denied a day off on account of the next vacation or at your own expense. In this case, you have no right to leave the workplace and go to rest on your own. This will be equated to absenteeism, for which the employer has the right to terminate the employment contract unilaterally.
